Consultation for [Client], multi-property wellness brand

Summary

Strong brand, decent organic awareness, but the digital side is leaving substantial revenue on the table. The biggest issue is not what's broken — it's what's missing. There's no system catching leads, no nurture, no reactivation of past customers, and the site is doing none of the work it should.

What I found

  • Site loads slowly on mobile (where 70%+ of your visitors are). First impression is poor.
  • Contact form has friction at three different steps — visitors abandon at the email field.
  • You're invisible in AI search. ChatGPT does not recommend your business in your category — your direct competitor does.
  • Your Google Business Profile has 14 reviews; the closest competitor has 142. You're not asking, and unhappy reviews go unanswered.
  • Your email list (built over five years) gets one newsletter every few months. Most contacts haven't heard from you in over a year.
  • Ads run with broad targeting and no conversion tracking — you cannot tell what works.

What to fix first (in order)

  1. Mobile site speed + form friction. Quick wins. Could lift conversions by a measurable amount in the first month.
  2. Review-ask automation. You're sitting on hundreds of happy customers who'd review if asked. Set up the system this month.
  3. AI visibility audit + restructure. Get cited correctly. This is a multi-month build but starts paying back the moment you're in the answer set.
  4. Email lifecycle. Welcome series, retention, win-back. Your list is the highest-margin asset in the business and you aren't using it.
  5. Conversion tracking on ads. Before scaling spend, fix attribution. You're flying blind right now.

What I'd skip for now

Don't do a full rebrand. The brand is fine — the systems around it are the problem. Don't add a new social platform. Don't pursue influencer partnerships. Focus inward first.

If we work together

Scope phase one as the first three items (mobile + reviews + AI). Quarterly engagement. I run the work directly. You see weekly updates.

If you'd rather do it yourself

The order above stands. Start with mobile + form. Don't tackle AI until you've done the basics — there's no point being cited if visitors bounce.
