The short version
If you send me your website through the audit form on this site or via a Facebook Lead Form, I store your name, email, URL, and any optional notes you add. I use that to deliver your audit and follow up — directly. I don't sell anything to anyone, ever.
What I collect
- Form submissions — name, email, website URL, your business context (how you handle digital, your biggest headache).
- Site analytics — anonymised page views via the Meta Pixel and standard server logs. No personally identifying tracking beyond what you give me on the form.
- Email replies — when you respond to anything I send, the message stays in my mailbox.
Why I collect it
- To deliver the free site review you requested.
- To follow up about your audit by email — one human, no automated drip funnels.
- To improve the site (which pages people read, where they drop off).
- To run advertising on Facebook that reaches the right people — the Meta Pixel tells Facebook which audiences engage with the site, but doesn't share your personal details with anyone outside Meta's standard ad system.
Where it's stored
- Email — my own inbox at sam@samchoksi.com, hosted on a private email server I control.
- Form submissions — backed up on the samchoksi.com server.
- Meta Pixel events — sent to Facebook directly under their own terms; I never see individual user data, only aggregated audiences.
What I don't do
- I don't sell your data. Not to advertisers, not to lead-list brokers, not to anyone.
- I don't share it with third-party agencies or affiliates.
- I don't run automated outreach beyond replying to you directly.
- I don't keep data longer than I need it. If we never start working together, I delete your form submission after twelve months.
Your rights
At any time you can:
- Ask me what data I have about you.
- Ask me to delete everything I have about you.
- Ask me to correct anything that's wrong.
- Opt out of any email I send you (every email I send includes an unsubscribe option).

Cookies
This site uses two cookie sources:
- Meta Pixel — for advertising attribution. You can opt out by adjusting your ad preferences on Facebook.
- Standard session cookies — used by the site to remember you within a single visit. Nothing tracking.
International transfers
I work with people across the UK, US, MENA, and Asia. Your data may pass through servers in multiple jurisdictions, including the United States and Europe, depending on which email or analytics provider is in the path. I keep that path short.
Children
This site and these services are for adults only. I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under sixteen.
Changes
If I change anything material here, I'll update the date at the top and (if I have your email) let you know.
