What does the consultation actually include?+

A written review of where your digital is leaking customers — search visibility, conversion paths, ad performance signals, AI presence, reputation, technical foundation. Specific things to fix and the order to fix them in. Usually one business day. No deck. No upsell.

Do we have to talk on the phone?+

No. The consultation is delivered to your inbox. You can take the answers and run them yourself, or hand them to me. There's no required call.

What if I'm already working with an agency?+

Even better. The consultation gives you a second-opinion view. Many founders use it to ask their existing vendors sharper questions. You don't have to fire anyone.

What does an engagement look like after the consultation?+

If we work together, I take on what's broken and what's missing — under one direct line. Scope is shaped by the consultation. Quarterly cadence with weekly updates, monthly reviews.

Is there a minimum commitment?+

Engagements are typically quarterly because short engagements don't move serious businesses. The consultation itself has no minimum — it's free either way.

How fast do I get the consultation back?+

One business day in most cases. If I'm slammed, I tell you in advance and give you a real ETA.

What if I'm just researching for now?+

Send the consultation request anyway. Take the answers. Use them whenever you're ready. There's no follow-up pressure if you don't engage.

Do you handle our existing platforms, or move us to new ones?+

Default: I work with what you have. Migrations only happen when the platform is genuinely costing you more than it's worth. Cheaper, simpler, and connected better — that's the rule.

Will you sign an NDA?+

Yes — and I sign NDA-by-default. Confidentiality is non-negotiable. See the Discretion & Privacy page.

Where are you based?+

Global. I work with founders across the UK, US, MENA, and Asia. Time zones are managed through async-first communication.

How do you bill?+

Scoped per engagement. Quoted before any work starts. No surprise invoices, no monthly auto-renewal traps. Paid against delivered work or against quarterly milestones, depending on the engagement model.

What if it doesn't work out?+

Engagements have clean off-ramps. If something's not working, we talk, adjust, or you walk. I'd rather end an engagement honestly than carry a client who isn't getting value.

Will you train my team?+

Yes. Every system I build comes with documentation your team can use. If you want hands-on training, that's part of the quarterly partnership.

Can I see what you've built?+

Are you the right operator for me?+

If you're an owner or decision-maker, you value discretion and quality over hype, and you'd rather have one trusted operator than five vendors — yes. If you're looking for the cheapest agency, probably not.
